AirLock Cleanrooms Offer Unique Advantages

Modularity of Cleanrooms and Enclosures

N/A The hallmark of Simplex products, especially our AirLock enclosures and cleanrooms, is modularity. All of the products manufactured by Simplex are designed to be modular and expandable. Your need for clean manufacturing space may be small at first - an 8' x 10' or a 10' x 12' may suffice. But as your business grows and your needs expand, your original Simplex enclosure can expand with those needs.

AirLock Pre-Fabricated Wall Configurations

N/A
  • Choose from a wide selection of wall insert materials: soft cleanroom grade stretched vinyl (available in clear or colored and standard or anti-static compound), or 1/8" rigid options such as clear polycarbonate, white polypropylene, aluminum fluted sheets, or 50/50 split inserts.
  • AirLock wall panel framing comes in two variants: the Model 150, with 1" x 1" tubing, accommodates more common needs in smaller cleanrooms. The Model 250, with 1" x 2" tubing is used for taller walls for added support.
  • These wall panels can be used to divide existing rooms, or to create rooms using existing suspended ceilings.
  • Modular walls attach and secure easily to existing ceilings, floors and walls through various fastening methods. This offers an economical and aesthetic alternative to high-cost stick-built construction that often requires permits and other considerations. Additionally, the AirLock modular cleanroom moves with you if you change facilities.

Compression Latching System

N/A The AirLock compression latching system means panels install and remove easily with minimal hand tools. This also gives the modular enclosure a unique portable design, ideal for temporary and quick pop-up systems. Simplex’s AirLock cleanrooms are the only latch-together enclosure available on the market today.

Cleanroom Benefits

N/A AirLock modular cleanroom enclosures protect against airborne contaminants, dirt and dust. You get higher yields and greater profits. AirLock cleanrooms are also used to guard against ultraviolet light, temperature fluctuations and harmful noise. Achieve up to ISO 4 (Class 10) particle levels, in either a single-pass or recirculating positive pressure design. Our modular cleanrooms go together easily with a minimum amount of tools. The AirLock enclosure is the only latch-together modular cleanroom available today, allowing it to easily expand to meet your needs.

No Matter How Small or How Big

AirLock pre-fabricated walls and ceilings can accommodate a wide variety of sizes, from small mini-environments and individual wall dividers, to large industrial applications. Our modular cleanrooms are suitable for a range of purposes and industries, including but not limited to electronics and semi-conductor assembly, medical device manufacturing, and aerospace/optics assembly.
